Sorry about no updates, been without internet for a while.

BUT HEY! Prince William and Kate Middelton are getting married! ENFIN! Guess I have to admit I was wrong thinking the wedding would be in 2013. Now we don't have to wait so long. There should be a royal wedding every year, every summer, I think. So there'll be 2 next year then. (Prince William and Prince Albert II, wow!)

Anyway, I actually went to St James's Palace after the announcement. But the royal couple never came out, so I was standing there for hours in vain. But it was nice to be in the middle of it.

Gonna be such a big event! Can't wait!

Disappointement

So, Prince Harry is being accused of cruelty to animals. You can look at pictures here. Being an animal lover I'm very disappointed. And apparently it's not the first time.

I give you a warning, Harry. One more time, and I might consider not marrying you.

"Bad" news

I was very excited, but it seems like Mette-Marit is NOT pregnant. They told so at a press conference yesterday. Sad. It would have been so nice. The danish twins AND a norwegian child AND soon the child of Victoria and Daniel. That, at least, is just a question of time.

Whispers from Queen Ingrid

Okey, I've had one of my royal dreams again. This time I dreamt I inherited a fork from Queen Ingrid of Denmark. (Hmmm....) And when I woke up I realised that Denmark celebrates that Ingrid would have been 100 years if she'd lived.

What is Ingrid trying to tell me? To start collecting silver forks?

Prince Hehehenrik

So. I guess no one's missed the new book about Prince Henrik of Denmark. He and the other family members talk about the rumors that have been spread about him over the years. (In fact that he should be gay.) Prince Henrik thinks it's unfair. Crown Prince Frederik thinks it's unfair.

Frederik: He's really been bullied. It is a pity for him and embarrassing for Denmark.

I say: OMG Frede! Can you name one male royal who doesn't have some gay rumors around him?

And what's so embarrassing with the danish people wanting a gay royal? I do to, eagerly.

(This is of course only one reason for him being bullied, there's others, like: he's a foreigner, don't speak perfect danish, likes to beat his kids, etc, etc.)

News on Prince Harry

So, happy days, Prince Harry passed his math exam, great considered math is his weakest point. Now he can continue his helicopter training. Congratulations. And today I read that he will 1. start yoga practicing and 2. participate in a TV-show, some kind of charity young-kids-with-no-future-will-transform-into-stars-over-one-night-and-prince-harry-will-watch-them-perform. Thumbs up!

All news about Harry is good news.

Quiet about MM

All the gossip magazines are very quiet about Mette-Marits potential pregnancy. I haven't found anything about it really. Until I read this article in danish BT.

Blandt mere lykkelige årsager til aflysninger har været graviditeter. I 2006 havde Mette-Marit svært ved at passe sit kongelige program, fordi hun ventede sig. Om det er forklaringen på gårsdagens aflysning, vides ikke. Men faktisk blev der under netop det svenske kronprinsbryllup spottet mave og gisnet om familieforøgelse.

I had the cutest dream last night. I dreamed I was walking arm in arm with Crown Prince Haakon, talking about his wedding with Mette-Marit and the announcement of their engagement. He seemed like a really nice guy. I like him.

But it didn't beat the dream I had when Prince Harry and I were walking down the aisle.

I'm obsessed. It's true.

OMG! Could she be pregnant? As if two royal danish twins wasn't enough? (No it's not.) She was supposed to attend the royal wedding in Greece tonight, but changed her mind in the last minut. Why? Afraid of flying? Nooo, she probably is pregnant. Oh I love gossip, and I would love some more little norwegian royals.

Happy Anniversary!

So, married for nine years. And still going strong. LIKE! I remember watching the wedding nine years ago with my mother and she began to cry, and then I understood the importance of royal weddings, reaching for people's emotions, making them believe that love really exists. Silly yes, but absolutely fab! Life is a fairytale, and I'm gonna marry Prince Harry and be a princess.

Alltså Prince Harry, mannen i mitt liv. Titta bara på honom: de tätt ihopsittande ögonen, det röda håret, leendet. He's like HUR SÖT SOM HELST. I want to be that puppy! Jag vill bo med honom i ett slott och vara den mest graciösa prinsen (läs prinsessan) någonsin.

Men sen läser jag att hans högsta önskan är att lära sig flyga nån jävla helikopter, och att han drömmer om att åka tillbaka till Afghanistan och kriga. Jag förlåter honom, kungligheter ska inte vara moderna. De ska vara vackra att se på, och ligga i min säng.

2011 wedding for William?

The rumours spread about a royal wedding in Great Britain next summer between Prince William and Kate Middleton. In the latest Hello! I read that a "distant relation" of Prince Charles says they're already engaged, and that the date for the wedding is already been set! Which date could it be?

Well! The 29th of July it will be 30 years after the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. So maybe baby. I would love a wedding next summer, because I'll probably still be in London. I'll be missing Stockholm Pride once again, but HEY, I wouldn't miss the wedding of a future british king for anything in the world (only my own wedding with Prince Harry could stop me actually.)

But I don't think there'll be a wedding next year. And not the year after with the Queens diamond-jubilee and the olympics and all (and world pride for that matter). So 29th of July 2013 is my bet. See you then!
